An original production background from the Hanna Barbera animated series, "The Scooby-Doo Show" (1976-1978). Featuring an entrance to a rocky cave, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The background represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled, "The Spirits of '76" which aired on December 18, 1976. Measuring 11"x13" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor corner wear.
