The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the sixth episode of season three, titled "The Phoenix Saga Part 4: The Starjammers," which aired on September 6, 1994. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8.25"x10.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, light line wear, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage.
